Started as a small family project sharing traditional Italian recipes online, SimpleBiz Recipes evolved into a full-fledged pizzeria in the heart of Singapore. We realized that while sharing recipes was great, sharing the actual food was even better.
Our mission is simple: return to the roots of pizza making. No frozen dough, no artificial preservatives, and no shortcuts. We use a proprietary blend of flour and a 5-year-old sourdough starter ("Sophia") to create our signature light-as-air crust.
